This charming little
cottage is entered via French doors into fully fitted kitchen/diner,
the bathroom is also on the ground floor. Stairs lead you up to the
bedroom/lounge where from the queen size bed you can look out the panoramic
window with a balcony over the breathtaking views. (The bedroom will
accommodate a cot or a put-u up for a small child).

This idyllic cottage
is full of character and charm with exposed beams tiled floors a wood
burning stove and has just been fully and sympathetically renovated.
On the ground floor you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner and a separate
lounge with sofa bed.
Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms and the bathroom. The main
bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, both
with lucarne windows over looking the courtyard and surrounding countryside.

This cottage is similar to the previous one and has also just been renovated.
On the ground there is a fully fitted kitchen/diner opening out into the lounge with its beamed ceiling & large French windows which open out onto the courtyard. There are two bedrooms both en suite, one on the ground floor with twin beds & the master bedroom on the second floor with king size bed.

La Fermette - sleeps 8 / 10 + cots |
| This old longere (farmhouse) is our ‘piece du resistance' offering
luxury accommodation. Having been sympathetically and tastefully
refurbished with all rooms having exposed beams.
The property is
entered through French doors into an extremely large kitchen dinning
room. The accommodation consists of : -
Ground Floor.
Luxury kitchen/dinning room fitted to the highest standard, consisting
of a 2.5m X 2m centre island breakfast bar housing the ceramic hob
with overhead lighting and extraction and indoor BBQ grill, fully
integrated dish washer, split level fan assisted oven and built in
microwave.
The centre island and kitchen units have granite work
surfaces and there is also a large double American fridge/freezer with
a built in icemaker and water dispenser.
The large lounge with its log burning stove has been tastefully furnished
and carpeted. There is a TV with Sky satalite and a DVD player.
Off of the lounge is a bedroom
with twin beds and en-suite shower room. Stairs lead from the lounge to
the large 1st floor mezzanine/landing, which can easily accommodate 2
extra beds if needed.
First Floor.
Off this landing are the two master bedrooms. The first with queen size bed and
luxury en-suite facilities that lead to another bedroom with
twin beds.
The 2nd master bedroom also with
luxury en-suite facilities
that include a full size bath with shower over. Leading off the bathroom is a dressing room.
Outside.
The Fermette has its own private BBQ area with quality garden
furniture that will seat 8 comfortably.
Please Note :
This cottage sleeps 8 people in privacy and the
additional 2 is by means of the single beds on the mezzanine.

Each of the above
cottages is fully equipped with cooker- oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher,
toaster, TV & video, cd/radio/cassette, hairdryer and iron/ironing
board.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided but we would ask you to
bring your own pool/beach towels. If you wish to bring your own linen
please indicate this on the booking form.
We also have laundry facilities equipped with automatic washing machines
& tumble dryers.

Outside, each cottage
has its own patio area with B-B-Q & patio table & chairs.
Each cottage has full use of the heated pool which is located in a natural
sun trap where you will find ample sun loungers & chairs.

As well as the swimming
pool we have a French boule piste, a badminton court, lawn croquet,
a giant garden jenga, outdoor table tennis & a number of bicycles
for our guests use.
