Letting information -

Prices include:- gas, electricity, constant hot water and linen with a weekly change for two week bookings which consists of sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, bath & hand towels and tea towels - but NOT pool/beach towels. Central heating is available at a small cost of 25 euros per week for the 3 larger cottages or by means of electric radiators for the Pigeonnier.

Rental period -

Unless a prior arrangement has been made, bookings are for a minimum of one week, commencing on Saturday at 4pm. Arrival time is between 4pm & 7pm, if you wish to arrive outside these times please contact us. Cottages to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Payment information -

We require a 20% deposit with your booking. The full balance is due 9 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A returnable breakage deposit of €200 is required with your final balance.

Cleaning -

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay, on departure the cottage should be left in the same clean condition as on arrival. All cleaning materials are supplied. In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring the cottage up to our required standard, a deduction will be made from the damage deposit. We do offer a final cleaning service for those that require it at a cost of 40 euros. This can be deducted from your security/breakage deposit.
